JOB REQUIREMENTS

• PhD in Education and Master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.

• At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level as a lecturer, with demonstrable record in research and publication and a background in science

• Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies.

• Diploma in Environmental Management

• Evidence of ability to attract research funding and lead research projects.

• Proven experience teaching in a hybrid environment (face to face and online)

• Supervised at least three postgraduate students' theses to completion.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

• A minimum of 32 publication points as a Lecturer, with at least 24 referred scholarly journals

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of research capacity within the university.

• Develop and implement innovative research strategies that align with the university's mission.

• Engage with the academic community and participate in conferences and workshops

• Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research projects and dissertations.

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of Education (Science)
