JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

• MSc degree in Nursing is an added advantage

• Three (3) years clinical experience since graduation.

• Valid Practising License from the Nursing Council of Kenya

• Additional training or certification in the relevant area will be an added advantage.

• Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in the clinical setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engaging in curriculum and program review to enhance best practice to integrate theory to practice through clinical instruction.

• Ensuring consistent Christian behavior in line with the university's vision.

• Evaluating students through continuous assessments and examinations in skills lab and clinical setting.

• Facilitation of teaching and learning in clinical and classroom practicum sessions in line with the curriculum.

• Implementing change initiatives to achieve desired university strategic goals.

• Mentoring of students in academic and spiritual nurture.
